Wonderful, wishing all the best in your life’s journey. Thank you for all your recommendations. Your passion and enthusiasm for writing is infectious.

Oh, to the scent of old books, the yellowing of the pages. The warmth they instil in the heart. They induce serenity and calm, heat up the soul on cold grey days and shine like twinkling stars in the night. Knowledge is thus, the berry on the vine, plump and flush, blushing with the promise of sweetness within. Words distilled, they set our spirit aglow…remembering my friends on winters days, browsing through the bookshelf, looking for buried treasures in the racks. The hardbacks were my favourites, the embossed covers. Upon opening the pages, it was as if my eyes were the first to see these leaves and the words. Oh, my eyes did hungrily scrolled across the pages — the excitement of taking them to a desk. And there I gouged to until my heart brimmed and overflow, so was the intensity of felt joy. It was a ritual I repeat every weekend. The adventures to had, where would I start the journey. Sometimes I fled from the homeless, seeking warmth in the library. It was because I did not wish them to intrude on my escape into the magical world. The dry lemon musk sting of the pages romanced my senses. They made me feel alive. They tingled with the excitement of the promise of adventures within to harvest.
