The journey is within oneself
It is not external
The empty desert, the wilderness is within, and so is the journey
The demons and dragons that one must conquer are internal: not knowing or questioning the self, our learned behaviours stripped back to evaluate our actions, passions, and reactions.
The acts that propel us eternally towards a void, the silent noise that is so loud.
Some call it vanity or pride.
You have to fall before you can take wings and fly…
