Smell the green
Feel the sting
the astringents bite
the scents set the senses alive

Be In the zone
the sun shines yellow gold.

Walking in the park
Watching the men at play
It is a beautiful day

blush-like youth
the unspoken truth
The nettles stings
Le feuillage est vert.

The smell of weed drifts on the breeze
the young are gathered in packs
Summer is here
The sun is an orange glow — a ball of fire burning in the sky
All is aglow, basking in the orange hue.

The weekend beckons
Evening songs
Blacks, Whites, Latinos, and Indians all gathered around.
It is all in the mix.
This day is a beautiful, warm kiss on the cheeks.
I feel the wind against my skin.
Mellow blows the sultry breeze.
This day is one to reminisce upon.
It is a meditation on a dream.
